E. Jean Carroll, the woman accusing President Trump of rape, has been caught in a major scandal. In court on Wednesday, she admitted to deleting evidence under subpoena, which is a crime. This shocking revelation further proves that Carroll, a Democrat, is not to be trusted. Clinton-appointed Judge Lewis Kaplan inexplicably rushed to her defense, showing his bias against Trump.

Alina Habba, Trump’s lawyer, rightfully moved for a mistrial following Carroll’s admission of deleting evidence, but Judge Kaplan immediately shut her down. He not only denied her request but also ordered the jury to disregard the information. This is a blatant disregard for the law and for justice. Judge Kaplan’s actions show that he is not interested in a fair trial, but rather in protecting Carroll and the Democrats.

President Trump himself expressed his disbelief and anger at the proceedings. He called the trial an “amazing day of trial” and pointed out Carroll’s clear violation of the law. He also noted that the first trial, which ended in a mistrial, should be dismissed as well based on this new evidence. However, the biased Judge Kaplan continues to protect Carroll and her dubious claims.
Not only did Judge Kaplan defend Carroll’s actions, but he also threatened to kick Trump out of the court when he expressed frustration and disbelief at the proceedings.
This threat shows just how far the Democrats and their supporters will go to silence anyone who speaks out against their agenda. It is unacceptable that a judge, who is supposed to be impartial, would act in such a biased and unprofessional manner.
The truth is, this trial is nothing more than another attempt by the Democrats to discredit and attack President Trump. They have used corrupt judges like Kaplan to push their agenda and suppress any dissenting voices. We cannot allow them to continue to manipulate the judicial system to further their own political goals. It is time for Americans to stand up against this blatant injustice and demand a fair trial for President Trump.

The Judge is not qualified to sit on the beach and Judge anyone due to his overt bias
So Trump is on trial due to just her saying it happened..?..I thought you had to have evidence…oh…thats right she deleted that ..so …anyone can just say it happened and no evidence required..?…at this point the judge needs to undergo a competency test and go on trial himself for failure to recognize existing laws..you have to have proof not just saying it..that is clearly called..”here say”
