Steve Friend, a former FBI agent with five years of SWAT experience, revealed in the documentary “Capitol Punishment 2: The War on Truth” that the FBI’s use of SWAT raids against January 6 defendants is unnecessary and meant to cause harm. According to Friend, the punishment for these individuals is the process itself. He believes that the FBI has become the bully in this situation and it is his duty to stand up against that. As a former member of the SWAT team, Friend suggested alternative approaches to his superiors, such as issuing a court summons or utilizing surveillance groups, rather than conducting SWAT raids.
However, Friend’s objections to the FBI’s tactics resulted in his suspension without pay in 2022. He became a whistleblower and testified before the House Weaponization of the Federal Government Committee, along with two other suspended FBI agents who also disagreed with the agency’s treatment of individuals involved in the January 6 events. One of the examples they highlighted was the case of Mark and Jalise Middleton from Texas.
According to Jalise, in April 2021, she was coming down the handicapped ramp in front of their home with her hands up when she heard two flash-bang grenades go off behind her. Mark also recounted the incident when he asked the FBI why they did that, and they responded with, “Washington told them to do it this way.” It became evident that every January 6 defendant arrested was subjected to at least one flash-bang grenade, which Mark and Jalise interpreted as a way for the FBI to symbolize that the defendants were the ones attacking them.
According to the Middletons, the purpose of these SWAT raids is to inflict both physical and mental trauma, which is a form of torture. Actor and producer of the documentary, Nick Searcy, also described this tactic as a form of terror technique. In the case of Derek Kinnison from California, not only did the FBI conduct an early morning raid on him, but they also threw a flash-bang grenade and marched him and his 12-year-old daughter out in front of the house, where she witnessed her father being handcuffed and taken into custody.
Felipe Antonio Martinez, another California resident and January 6 defendant, also received the SWAT treatment with two flash-bang grenades while his young teenage daughter was handcuffed during his arrest. It’s important to note that both of these men were not accused of any violent actions or being inside the Capitol building on January 6.
Searcy believes that by conducting these raids in residential neighborhoods with armored vehicles and heavily armed SWAT team members, the FBI is not only terrorizing the individual and their family, but also sending a message to the community that this person is dangerous.
These raids are a terror tactic, being used against American citizens to silence and instill fear, as Searcy puts it, “This is a dangerous person here.” He believes that this is a clear message to the public that speaking up against the government could result in the same treatment.
“My job is to protect the innocent from the bully.”
For three years the federal government has waged a war on truth. Now the truth fights back.
Who really died on J6 and why is the Federal Government lying about it to this day?

The bottom line here, the FBI’s use of SWAT raids against January 6 defendants is not only unnecessary but also a form of torture and terrorist tactic that is being used to intimidate and silence American citizens.
Adults are aware of the corruption of the current sitting government that needs some serious punishments for their criminal activities during the Jan6 debacle and we want some true justice served on the trash that were in on it from top to bottom.
