“Biden’s America: Pro-Lifers Face Harsher Sentences Than Pro-Abortion Fire-Bomber!

The concept of justice has always been tied to equal punishment for all convicted citizens, regardless of their political beliefs. However, under the Biden administration, this fundamental principle seems to have been forsaken in favor of selective prosecution based on political affiliations. Such a biased approach to criminal justice is incredibly concerning, as it can lead to a dangerous precedent of unequal treatment for different groups.

An example of this stark contrast in punishment can be seen in the potential sentences faced by a group of pro-life protesters and a man who firebombed the offices of a pro-life organization. In May 2022, Hridindu Sankar Roychowdhury firebombed the Wisconsin Family Action offices in response to a leaked Supreme Court ruling on Dobbs v. Jackson, causing a fire and leaving a threatening message. Despite this serious crime, Roychowdhury has now been sentenced to only 7 1/2 years in prison. On the other hand, the pro-life protesters, who peacefully sang hymns and prayed outside an abortion clinic in Tennessee, potentially face up to 10 1/2 years in prison, a hefty fine, and years of supervised release. Their crime? Violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, which prohibits obstruction or intimidation of those seeking to obtain or perform an abortion.

Surely, upon comparison, most people would agree that what Roychowdhury did was far more egregious and deserved a harsher punishment than anything the pro-life protesters have been convicted of. However, under the current administration, the justice system seems to be favoring political alignment over the gravity of the offense. This blatant double standard is not only concerning but also undermines the very principles of justice and fairness that the American legal system is built upon.

The discrepancies in sentencing between these two cases are a clear indication that civil punishment is no longer being administered blindly. Instead, it is being used as a means to punish those who hold differing beliefs from those in power. This is a gross misuse of the justice system and a dangerous abuse of power. President Biden has a responsibility to ensure that the criminal justice system upholds the principle of equal justice for all, regardless of political affiliation. Yet, his administration has shown a disregard for this fundamental value, signaling a disturbing shift towards weaponizing justice against those with differing beliefs.

This is not the first time that President Biden has demonstrated a lack of commitment to justice for all. Former President Donald Trump and many others have also been on the receiving end of this unequal treatment. It is clear that under the current administration, justice has become a political tool, and this must not be tolerated. Americans deserve a president who upholds the principles of justice and fair treatment for all citizens. Biden’s failure to do so is a clear indication that he must be held accountable and replaced at the first available opportunity.

The actions of the Biden administration have highlighted the alarming consequences of using the justice system to target and punish individuals based on their political beliefs. This discriminatory approach undermines the credibility and integrity of the legal system and must not be allowed to continue.

The upcoming elections provide us with an opportunity to bring about the change that is desperately needed in our criminal justice system. A president who fails to uphold these values cannot be trusted to lead our country towards a fair and just future. It is imperative that we vote for leaders who will uphold and protect equal justice for all, regardless of their beliefs.
