Cancel culture has hit again, this time with a big liberal: Pop singer Lizzo. Several of Lizzo’s former backup dancers are suing her for claims of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment. The suit alleges that the dancers had to deal with religious and racial discrimination, along with disability discrimination, false imprisonment, and assault. Reports also show that Lizzo berated one of her dancers for gaining weight, then fired her.
Additionally, the dancers accused Lizzo of taking them to a strip club in Amsterdam after a performance. The lawsuit says that those who attended were “favored” and they were not allowed to leave early. It also alleges that Lizzo “began inviting cast members to take turns touching the nude performers, catching dildos launched from the performers’ vaginas, and eating bananas protruding from the performers’ vaginas”. Additionally, she took the dancers to a club in Paris without telling them it was a “nude cabaret bar”, which made many of them uncomfortable.
The dancers also accused Lizzo’s dance team captain, Shirlene Quigley, of proselytizing to other performers and deriding anyone who had pre-marital sex. According to the lawsuit, one of the dancers was so afraid of being fired that she soiled her pants during a 12-hour rehearsal. There are also reports of Davis being prevented from leaving rehearsal and being forced to have her cellphone searched, and Rodriguez being dismissed with two middle fingers and a slur.
Ron Zambrano, the plaintiff’s lawyer, stated in a statement: “The stunning nature of how Lizzo and her management team treated their performers seems to go against everything Lizzo stands for publicly, while privately she weight-shames her dancers and demeans them in ways that are not only illegal but absolutely demoralizing.”

These accusations paint a picture of Lizzo and her production company being inappropriate and abusive to their employees, something that is clearly at odds with Lizzo’s public persona and commitment to creating an inclusive and positive environment.
I think you are misspelling her name. Its suppose to be Lezzo
