American ..! ..over value their property be it a car or a house in order to get as much money as possible..?..and now that is against the law…? And under rate said property in order to pay very little taxes…? ..and this so-called judge and incompetent DA..guilty of the very same thing..I am positive…where is our federal KGB or FBI ..? ..oh..they are busy raiding republican houses…can’t be bothered with upholding the law..what a dam joke our government has become

I have been an appraiser for 48 years. All lenders make their own appraisals on property, then evaluate to risk and apply rates. as they seem fit. I doesn’t matter what the property owner says the property is worth. Bank do what they want to do. This is a sham.

This ruling is a fiasco. To have a crime, you must have a victim. There is no victim here.
It was one said “If that is the law, the law is an ass”. Here we have a corrupt DA supported by a corrupt judge, both proving the law is an ass. They have used their ignorance of Real Estate and Banking practice to create a crime where none exists. Their combined stupidity is obvious, as is their Political intent. Curious that they were unable to produce ONE victim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
