Nicole Gee, was one of the 13 service members who tragically lost her life during the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Nobles spoke about how her daughter’s death could have been prevented if the Department of Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, and the Biden-Harris administration had done their jobs.
She emphasized the impact her daughter had, saying she was a “very beautiful, young lady inside and out” who loved God and animals, and was passionate about helping the homeless and working at her two jobs. Her heartbreaking story highlights the failures of the Biden-Harris administration to protect American citizens and enforce immigration laws, ultimately resulting in the loss of innocent lives.
Trump also pointed out Harris’ role in the disastrous handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal, calling her actions “cruel and immoral” and “disqualifying” for her to serve as commander-in-chief. He brought up the 13 service members who died during the withdrawal, including Shamblin’s daughter-in-law, and criticized Harris for not attending the ceremony honoring their sacrifice.
Shamblin emotionally shared her daughter-in-law’s story, calling her the cornerstone of their large family. Instead of planning family gatherings and celebrations, Shamblin and her family now visit Nicole’s grave at Arlington National Cemetery. She also highlighted the thousands of wounded veterans who came home from the war and have been ignored by the current administration.
