Watch: The View in Chaos as Hosts Defending Deranged Rioters

The liberal media’s obsession with downplaying the crisis at the southern border reached new heights this week as The View co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Sara Haines erupted into a heated debate over illegal immigration, with Hostin frantically insisting, “It is not illegal to be undocumented.” The exchange, dripping with progressive talking points, exposed the left’s relentless efforts to normalize lawlessness while attacking President Donald Trump for taking decisive action to restore order.

As Los Angeles descended into chaos amid violent riots, Trump deployed the National Guard to protect citizens and businesses—a move the The View panel predictably condemned. Haines, attempting to spin Trump’s falling approval ratings, admitted, “66 percent of the American public actually thinks it’s crime enough to be undocumented and therefore deported.” Hostin, visibly agitated, interrupted with her trademark condescension, stammering, “Well let’s, let’s, let’s fix that right now, because it is not illegal to be undocumented.” She then lectured the audience, “It is not a crime to be undocumented. People are not illegal… We need to put that information out there.”

The irony is staggering. While Hostin and her colleagues peddle semantic games—claiming illegal immigration is merely a “civil infraction”—millions of Americans suffer the consequences of open borders: skyrocketing crime, overwhelmed schools, and drained public resources. Meanwhile, President Trump, ever the strong leader, refuses to bow to the left’s demands for amnesty and instead enforces the law.

Alyssa Farah Griffin, another co-host, tried to downplay the backlash, stating, “I don’t think it’s actually broadly a misunderstanding. I think that 60 percent of Americans believe that it’s a civil offense and that if you come here and you are undocumented, that you should be deported.” But the American people aren’t fooled. They recognize the difference between legal and illegal immigration—a distinction the left deliberately blurs to advance its radical agenda.

Trump’s unwavering stance on border security resonates with the majority of Americans because they see the devastation caused by unchecked illegal immigration. While The View hosts clutch their pearls over terms like “undocumented” versus “illegal,” the President takes action—securing the border, deporting criminal aliens, and putting American citizens first.
