White House and National Political Correspondent, Susan Crabtree, recently revealed some startling inadequacies in the Secret Service’s protection of President Donald J. Trump during a recent rally in Pennsylvania. This report has not only exposed these failures but has also sparked serious concerns about the Secret Service’s ability to effectively protect high-ranking individuals. Republicans are rightly questioning whether current security measures are sufficient.
The investigative work by Crabtree points to several key factors that contributed to this lapse in security. These include the absence of drone surveillance and issues within the Secret Service’s “DEI” protocols. However, what is perhaps most alarming is the engagement rule that prevents snipers from taking action until a shot has already been fired at the person they are protecting. This shocking revelation underscores an unacceptable risk posed to national leaders due to these restrictive limitations on preemptive intervention.
Here’s the full report from Crabtree:
Here’s my reporting on why the Secret Service did not shoot until AFTER the shooter engaged and some context about the House Republicans’ investigation already underway (months before Trump’s assassination attempt) into whether the agency’s DEI policies are affecting its readiness.
The revelations brought forward by Crabtree serve as a stark reminder of how crucial it is to have robust security protocols for those in prominent positions. The exposure of these vulnerabilities should instigate a thorough reevaluation, if not a complete overhaul, of security strategies within the Secret Service. It is clear that immediate proactive measures need to be put in place to bolster defenses against potential threats during future public appearances.
h/t: Sense of Truth
Reminds me of some stupid restrictions on our military in the past. Same stupid rule, can’t fire unless fired upon. Exception: If enemy is in a designated “free-fire zone”.
Sounds like Cheatle’s orders. More proof it was intentional.
Why??? Deep State planned shooting like JFK in 1963
Sounds more like Trump needs the KGB from Russia or army personnel from Red China for protection instead of secret service who allow sniper protection to enable the shooter to take his shot and then mow him down so he can’t be interrogated…so..what prevents these highly trained sniper protectors from shooting the rifle out of his hands or a leg shot..instead of helping the shooter…wonder if the protectors are told the same thing if protecting democrats…all this smells like the deep stink at work
Did they kill Thomas Crooks because he was shooting at Donald Trump ? Or did they kill Thomas Crooks because he was finished shooting at Donald Trump ?
