Seattle Pride Turns Into a Public Indecency Show
Seattle’s Pride Parade drew huge crowds on Sunday, but one of the loudest takeaways was not music, floats, or costumes. Video from the event shows fully naked adults moving through the parade route in front of children, with one clip showing nude participants near the Seattle Center water fountain after the march. In another scene, a naked man appears to chase a young boy around the fountain while other adults and children look on. It is hard to pretend this is some grand lesson in “tolerance” when the stunt looks more like a dare from people who think basic decency is optional.
Children Were Right There in the Crowd
Additional footage from the parade shows nude bike and roller skate riders passing through the city as children are present nearby. One video also shows a group of people in animal costumes, along with a black Mini Cooper carrying an obscene prop on the hood, rolling through the event in front of families with very young children. Supporters may call this expression. Parents watching from the sidewalk may call it something else entirely. When adults choose to strip naked in public and do it where children are standing, that is not brave, edgy, or “inclusive.” It is indecent, and ordinary people still know the difference.
Police Stand Down While the Parade Gets Worse
The reaction from city authorities is what many conservatives have come to expect in these left-wing showcase events: plenty of rules for law-abiding citizens, and a whole lot of shrugging when the left’s favorite activists cross the line. Similar scenes have been reported at past Seattle Pride parades, including naked men flashing children and riding past families without consequence. That is the real pattern here. The city keeps hosting these events, the adults keep pushing boundaries, and the people left to deal with it are parents and kids who never asked to be dragged into the spectacle.
