The hosts of “The View” never fail to find a way to interpret President Donald Trump’s actions in the most extreme and exaggerated way possible. In the latest instance, they were in an uproar over Trump’s partnership with country singer Lee Greenwood to sell “God Bless the USA” bibles for $60 each. While Trump may not be known for his pious lifestyle, his initiative to “make America pray again” should at least be commended. However, the ladies of “The View” did not see it this way. Host Sunny Hostin even went as far as to call the idea “blasphemous”.
Co-host Joy Behar, who has a history of making controversial statements on the show, chimed in with her opinion that “when fascism comes to America, it will be waving a flag and holding a Bible”. She then urged the audience to look at a picture of Trump holding both a flag and a Bible in his hands, insinuating that this was proof of his supposed fascist tendencies.
However, the famous quotation that Behar was trying to reference was actually, “when fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying a cross”. This statement is often attributed to author Sinclair Lewis, but it was never actually found in any of his writings.
The co-hosts then proceeded to claim that Trump’s partnership with Greenwood was “blasphemous”. This is a rather hypocritical statement coming from a group of women who have openly supported abortion and gay marriage, both of which are against Christian principles. Moreover, Behar has even gone as far as to call strong Christian faith a “mental illness” on the show, and Hostin once claimed that “Jesus would be the grand marshal of the Pride Parade”.
And let’s not forget Goldberg, who caused outrage by sporting a sweatshirt with an anti-Christian message in the aftermath of the shooting at the Nashville Christian school.

They have consistently exhibited behavior that goes against Christian teachings, and yet they felt they were in the position to criticize Trump’s initiative to promote prayer and values through selling bibles. It’s almost comical how they have missed the irony of their own statements. In the end, it’s safe to say that the ladies of “The View” have no room to talk when it comes to the question of being a good Christian.
get the cackling hens show OFF THE AIR

ROFLMAO…..the View is nothing but a bunch of clueless bimbos.
