In July of this year, Indeed, an online job-search platform, announced a new policy which offers a $10,000 incentive to employees with transgender-identified children who relocate with the intention of accessing transgender cross-sex hormones.
According to Bloomberg, Sam Burger, a 30-year-old employee of the platform, was ecstatic when the news was made official – the money received was a “weight lifted” off his shoulders as he had already spent $5,000 on moving from April, Texas to Denver, Colorado. On top of the $10,000, the company will also pay out any tax liabilities incurred from the incentive.
The move was made in response to several states championing laws which restrict the treatments for children. So as states move to protect kids from life-altering surgeries— Big tech is pushing the opposite.

Target too has faced backlash for taking a “woke stance” on transgenderism, with their ‘Pride Collection’ selling LGBT-themed clothes for babies and toddlers. The collection caused revenue to plummet by $9 billion in a single week, while Bud Light’s decision to partner with the controversial transgender TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney cost them numerous sales.
The move by Indeed shows initiative in aiding parents who claim to have trans children, offering free resources and a cold hard cash.
“As soon as I found out that I was getting the money, it was very much like a weight lifted,” Burger said, according to Bloomberg– a sentiment many parents with transgender children feel. Indeed’s $10,000 relocation incentive is proof that there is still hope in taking steps towards an accepting society.
Big tech is so desperate to maintain power over consumers that they’re willing to use people as political pawns. Meanwhile, the gullible liberal believes these corporate giants care about their causes. The reality is, if they cared they would offer incentives to support mental health programs and give families the opportunity to provide a better life for their families.
Indeed will suffer the same consequences as Bud Lite and Target. Their choice, even common sense would have advised them to mind their own business, and “keep out”.
Boycott their services
Let’s make sure this evil company dries up and goes away. Do not patronize them.
Please pardon me for saying this but is this not discrimination against every other child problem from MS to eyes? I call this recruitment by the LBBTQ+ community.
