Denver Judge Denies Hand-Count of Ballots in Colorado Election Chaos

In the heated battleground state of Colorado, a judge has denied a motion by the Libertarian Party to force a hand-count of ballots in over half of the state’s counties. The decision by Colorado state District Judge Kandace Gerdes comes after the Democrat Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold’s office posted election system passwords on their website, causing widespread concern about the integrity of the upcoming election.

The ruling is a blow to the efforts of the Libertarian Party to ensure a fair and transparent election process in Colorado. The party had argued that the leaked passwords posed a serious risk to the security of the ballots and the ultimate outcome of the election. However, Judge Gerdes did not find sufficient evidence to support their claims and stated that she did not have the authority to settle the matter.

The incident involving the leaked passwords has raised serious questions about the competency and trustworthiness of Griswold’s office. The passwords, which provided access to election systems in half of Colorado’s counties, were publicly accessible on the SOS website for several months before their removal in late October. The employee responsible for posting the passwords has since left the office, heightening suspicion about the incident.

Despite the clear violation of Colorado law which states that knowingly publishing election passwords is a felony, Judge Gerdes has refused to hold the Secretary of State accountable. This raises concerns about the impartiality of the state’s judicial system and their willingness to ensure a fair and secure election.

Chairman Dave Williams of the Colorado GOP expressed disappointment with the decision, stating that while the Libertarian Party’s intentions were admirable, their haste in filing the lawsuit may have complicated the ongoing efforts of the GOP to hold Griswold accountable. He also stated that the party will continue to pursue legal measures to safeguard the integrity of the election.

The ruling by Judge Gerdes is a clear example of the obstacles that supporters of President Trump face in their efforts to uphold the rule of law and ensure a fair election process. The fact that a Democrat-appointed judge dismissed a case with such clear evidence of wrongdoing raises serious doubts about the impartiality of the judicial system in this critical election.

While the media may attempt to downplay this incident and its implications, it is yet another example of the Democratic Party’s efforts to undermine the integrity of the election and push for victory at all costs. It is imperative that President Trump’s supporters remain vigilant and continue to fight for a fair and transparent election process, even in the face of partisan opposition. Every American deserves to have their vote counted and their voice heard, and it is our duty to ensure that this happens.
